Some good things have come my way this fall.
- Most recently six of my prints from “What Is Left Behind” series were chose to be shown in the Currents Exhibit at the Ogden Museum of Southern Art, from Dec. 7 to Feb. 4 of next year. This exhibit is put on by the New Orleans Photo Alliance. The opening reception
is Dec. 8th during PhotoNOLA week.
2. The Curated Fridge is an exhibit in Boston, part of the Flashpoint Photography Event. Photographers submitted small prints no larger than 5×7. The jurors chose about 75 of these prints to put on the front and sides of an actual refrigerator. The theme of the competition was “Identity.” My photo “The House Where I Grew Up” (see below) was chosen and is on the right side of the fridge if you choose to go to the website www.thecuratedfridge.com
3. Fstopmagazine.com chose four of my photos from the “What Is Left Behind” project for their online exhibition with the theme of “Home.”
